Work with us
- Our internal and external communication is characterized by “good morning,” “please,” and “thank you,” always, especially on the most challenging days. Smiles are contagious, and thus always encouraged.
- Young individuals who approach us are expected to have a basic knowledge of English. Those in their first job typically show passion for one or more of these three broad areas: vineyard, winery, or administration. Furia does not require prior work experience from young newcomers; our team provides training to everyone. However, to learn, one must be open-minded, heartfelt, and above all, enthusiastic.
- Those with experience demonstrate it through their results and always maintain the humility to share it with the team. They bring a passion for their work, contributing inspiration and new ideas that are always welcome.
- The Furia family offers a collaborative work environment and provides all the necessary tools to work comfortably, harmoniously, and most importantly, safely. We are open to suggestions submitted in our ‘Good Work Box’ by our collaborators, which stimulate innovation and corporate well-being.
