In the person of the privacy representative temporarily appointed, Giovanna Dalla Valle, endowed with the necessary powers (hereinafter referred to as “Controller” or “Data Controller”).
The following personal data are collected and processed: common personal data (name, surname, personal information, role within the company, contact details, email, mobile phone, banking data), referring to: companies/entities/professionals/clients and suppliers and their representatives-employees-collaborators-subcontractors, if communicated by them for:
The legal basis for data processing is therefore: fulfillment of contractual obligations for the purposes referred to in letter a); legal obligations for the purposes referred to in letter b).
The Company may disclose the data processed for the above purposes to:
- External entities belonging to the following categories: professionals, external consultants and their appointees/companies related to the execution of the contract (e.g., accounting firms)/banks, insurance companies and credit and postal institutions/entities and supervisory bodies;
- Authorities and public entities.
The processed data may be transferred by the Data Controller to Third Countries for the above purposes. However, in case of data transfer to these countries, it will be done in compliance with the regulations in force at any given time pursuant to art 44 and ss GDPR 2016/679.
The data will be processed in both paper and digital formats. The data will be processed by the Data Controller for the period necessary to achieve the above-mentioned purposes and, upon their conclusion, for the further statutory limitation period related to the retention of contracts, data, and administrative documents and/or for defense in court (ten years from the last use and/or event interrupting the prescription).
The provision of data is mandatory for the execution of the contractual relationship and legal purposes. Failure to provide data makes it impossible to pursue the above-mentioned purposes.
The data subject has the right at any time to request access to their personal data, rectification, deletion, restriction of processing, to object to the processing, and to exercise the right to data portability where possible.
In any case, the data subject has the right to withdraw consent to the processing of data at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given before the withdrawal.
In case of an alleged violation, the data subject, if the conditions are met, also has the right to file a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority in the EU member state where they habitually reside or in the EU state where they work or where the alleged violation occurred.
The processing is not carried out through automated decision-making processes (e.g., profiling).

The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.
