The legal basis for data processing is therefore: fulfillment of contractual obligations for the purposes referred to in letter a); legal obligations for the purposes referred to in letter b).

The Company may disclose the data processed for the above purposes to:

1. External entities belonging to the following categories: professionals, external consultants and their appointees/companies related to the execution of the contract (e.g., accounting firms)/banks, insurance companies and credit and postal institutions/entities and supervisory bodies;

The data will be processed by the Data Controller for the period necessary to achieve the above-mentioned purposes and, upon their conclusion, for the further statutory limitation period related to the retention of contracts, data, and administrative documents and/or for defense in court (ten years from the last use and/or event interrupting the prescription).

The provision of data is mandatory for the execution of the contractual relationship and legal purposes. Failure to provide data makes it impossible to pursue the above-mentioned purposes.
